No. Squamish is home base and the Sea to Sky corridor is the core of it, but I am licensed across BC and much of the work can be done remotely.
Nothing directly — brokers are compensated by the insurers. And for ICBC Basic Autoplan the price is set by ICBC and identical everywhere, so using a broker costs you nothing there either.
